GrantRound

Questions, answered straight

Is GrantRound a government site?

No. GrantRound is an independent tool that reads the public Grants.gov database. We are not affiliated with Grants.gov or any federal agency, and we never charge you to apply for a grant — applications on Grants.gov are always free.

Who can use GrantRound?

Anyone eligible for federal grants: nonprofits, small businesses, schools, local governments, tribal organizations, and individuals. Tell the Grant Matchmaker what your organization does and it checks each listing's eligibility in the listing's own words.

Do you guarantee we'll win a grant?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. Grants are competitive. GrantRound saves you the search time and makes sure a fitting deadline never slips past you — the application is still yours to write and win.

Where does the grant data come from?

Directly from the official Grants.gov public API, refreshed daily. Every result links to the official listing so you can verify eligibility, amounts and deadlines at the source. Fit summaries are generated from the official listing data and labelled as summaries — the official listing always controls.

What grants are included?

U.S. federal grants open to your organization type. Foundation and state grants are not included yet — we'd rather do federal well than everything badly.

How do refunds and cancellation work?

Email us within 7 days of any charge for a full refund, no questions and no forms. Cancel anytime from your billing page in two clicks; you keep access until the end of the paid month.

We have no grant writer. Is this for us?

Yes — that's exactly who GrantRound is built for. If you can describe your mission in two sentences, the Grant Matchmaker can match you. The summaries are written for first-timers, not grant professionals.
